About IKAZE

IKAZE — Kinyarwanda for "welcome" — was founded in 2019 to add a voice to Vienna's cultural landscape that is too often missing in Austria: that of Africa, with special ties to Rwanda.

We treat culture as encounter. Our events, education projects, and charity initiatives create rooms in which stories are shared — eye to eye, without folklore clichés, with real ambition.

Miss Africa Austria 2026 is more than a competition; it is a vibrant celebration of the music, fashion, and spirit of Africa within the heart of Europe. This project brings together young talents from across the country to share their stories and perspectives. Through workshops, charity events, and the final gala night, we highlight the positive contributions of the African community to Austrian society. Join us in 2026 to witness a new generation of leaders who are redefining beauty and strength. Workshops Our workshops are designed to bridge knowledge and action. Each session is interactive, practice-oriented, and tailored to the needs of professionals who want to go beyond theory. Whether you're looking to strengthen strategic partnerships, improve internal processes, or build inclusive workplace cultures , our workshops provide the tools, frameworks, and confidence to make it happen. Led by experienced facilitators, every workshop encourages open dialogue, real-world application, and measurable outcomes. Join us and turn insights into impact.
